DAY 01: HANOI - HALONG BAY [B, L] (Vietnam Tour Operators)
Transfer to Halong by private car. Boarding the junk at arrival and enjoy fresh seafood lunch then cruise among breathtaking scenery. Visit to Surprising Cave then stop for swimming on a beach.
Over night on the junk.

DAY 02: HALONG BAY - CAT BA ISLAND [B,L] (Vietnam Private Tour)
After breakfast, cruise further for more sightseeing. Lunch on boat before reaching Hon Gai the pier. Then, transfer to Bai Chay tourist wharf for cruising to Cat Ba Island by smaller boat. Have 2,5 trek in the national park, climb to Ngu Lam mountain for a great view over the park. Check in a beach-by resort.
Overnight in Cat Ba.

DAY 03: CAT BA ISLAND - NINH BINH [B] (Vietnam Tours Operator)
Morning cruise to Lan Ha bay for swimming and kayaking to visit fishing villages and caves. (or cycling to visit Viet Hai village located inside the national park) sea food lunch on boat, back to the pier about 1 PM. Take a hydrofoil to Hai Phong city then marking for Ninh Binh.
Overnight in hotel in Ninh Binh.

DAY 04: VISIT TAM COC & CUC PHUONG PARK [B, L, D]
Boat paddling to visit Tamcoc which is considered as Halong bay in land. After lunch, drive to Cucphuong national park. Visit to Rescue center and cave of pre-historic men.
Diner and overnight in bungalow.

DAY 05: NINH BINH - MAI CHAU [B, L, D] (Private Tour Vietnam Cambodia)
Morning exercise and breakfast then take a short trek to explore the dense tropical rain forest. Lunch then drive to Maichau, home of Thai minority. Take a stroll to visit people and explore their daily life. Relax and enjoy traditional music performance(optional) in the evening.
Overnight in the house on stilts.

DAY 06: MAI CHAU - HANOI [B, L] (Vietnam Tours Operator)
Drive to visit another village of Back H'mong minority. Lunch en route then drive back to Hanoi.
The excursion ends at 4pm.
